My favourite part of the day during lockdown is without a shadow of a doubt my daily walk. I’ve noticed that during lockdown I have become more aware of the beauty in my surroundings; the birds seem to chirp louder and the sky seems more clear. Maybe this is in fact the case or maybe it’s because lockdown has allowed me to stop and appreciate the world I live in. Day-to-day life is usually so busy and hectic, packed with to-do lists and places to be. Lockdown has halted this frantic way of life and given me the time to stop and breathe.
Along one of my favourite walks there is a meadow of bluebells which are truly magical. I wanted to capture the peacefulness and serenity of the meadow in some photographs. Here are a couple of the end results which I achieved with the help of my lovely model and sister.
